Although a fun way to mark your love for the Irish holiday, St. Patrick's Day tends to leave behind many single use plastics that find their way into waterways and public green spaces.
Skip the plastic green decorations this year and go true green this St. Patrick's Day by organizing a solo or household cleanup near you!

We teamed up with another Ocean Wise initiative, YouthToSea, to incentive Vancouverites and their households to get outside for cleanups this March. Once folks complete cleanups and register their events with a log of their Litter Data on our website (ShorelineCleanup.ca) they are eligible to receive a gift card for $50 to a local sustainable restaurant.
